Ping Machine is a free program that will ping your blogs and non-blog sites. This is a windows based program. You can manage multiple sites/blogs to ping and control delays between pings. WordPress and most blogs already have a ping feature but with this program you can ping non-blog sites and have more options to ping WordPress MU Blog accounts.
